YOUR LIVING AREA AND KITCHEN

No description can quite explain the feeling you get when you enter each of our 4 penthouses. The open-plan living space reveals the iconic views in the distance and features engineered oak herringbone floors and floor-to-ceiling windows with electronically controlled vertical black-out blinds. The kitchen is totally open plan – connected to the living space via a beautiful kitchen island.

Fitted with bespoke handle less cabinets and LED under unit lighting, the kitchen has integrated appliances including a wine fridge, double oven, ceramic hob, microwave, CDA water cooler dishwasher and soft-close cabinets.

Each penthouse is unfurnished, giving you the freedom to work with your own interior designer, or we can arrange this for you. It is all about creating your own extraordinary home. As well as the air-conditioning unit, you’ve got the option to keep your apartment fresh by opening a floor to ceiling vent incorporated into the design of the building, to bring some of the outside in and letting in some fresh air high above the city.

YOUR BEDROOMS

Each room has the space to comfortably fit king-sized beds. The four large double bedrooms each have their own en-suite, floor-to-ceiling windows with electronic vertical blinds. The master bedroom has a walk in wardrobe. The other bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom has a small mezzanine overlooking the living area on the ground level.

YOUR BATHROOMS

The en-suite bathrooms feature ceramic designer tiles and rainhead showers. The master bedroom has a luxury freestanding bath and a generously sized separate shower cubicle. The other two en-suite bathrooms have generously sized shower units. All have chrome ladder heated towel rails and bespoke storage with mirrored doors. There are also built-in shaver sockets and under cabinet motion sensor mood lighting. There is also a guest WC on the 1st level.
